My journey to breathwork grew from lived experience: years of stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, disconnection, and searching for something deeper. What brought me back wasn’t willpower alone — it was the breath.

Now, I help others do the same.

With qualifications and experience in health science, leadership development, adventure based learning, facilitation, and personal development, I combine a mix of science, soul, and grounded support to guide breath journeys for individuals, groups, and teams ready to reset from the inside out.
